Frank Stratman, EVP and Director, Executive Recruiting Division

Frank is Executive Vice President of Pohl Consulting and Training, Inc. Since 1992 he has served as the head of the Executive Search Division where the focus is finding the best candidates for client companies. It’s more than just finding the most skilled candidate, the candidate must be a “fit” for the organization—a critical factor often overlooked by many search firms. From inception to placement, Frank and his team focus on presenting only candidates they feel are most likely to be high achievers and a great match. See Recruiting, Selection and Compensation.

Frank’s entire career has been devoted to the trust and financial services industry.  Beginning in 1969, he served as an Investment Division Manager; Trust Department Manager, and as the General Manager of a subsidiary to a major Chicago-based financial institution. He knows the ins and outs of the industry and what it takes to be successful.  Before moving to the Executive Search Division, Frank served in our firm’s consulting and training division.

Frank’s particular areas of expertise beyond Executive Search include:

  • Investment management for individuals, personal trusts, employee benefit and Taft-Hartley funds
  • Administration of living and testamentary trusts, probate and guardianship estates, custodial and agency accounts
  • Departmental management with a focus on profitability and quality service
  • Trust operations and securities processing systems

Frank hold a bachelors degree with honors from Governors State University, and was previously a Certified Financial Planner and an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS).
