• Valuations –Most organizations need a valuation to assess a potential acquisition but we have also found organizations needing a valuation after they already purchased a book for accounting or other reasons.  In today’s environment organizations have bought banks (from the FDIC or otherwise) based on the core bank assets and have received a Trust or Brokerage book “free” and to account for the transaction, a third party valuation is often needed.
•  Risk Management, Staff Assessments, General Vendor Management, Trust System Selection and Renegotiation, Trust Investment Advisor Due Diligence and Selection, Broker Dealer Selection, Divesture of full or partial books post acquisition are examples of additional needs.
