We spend more than 75% of our time each year traveling across North America to conduct our sales and service workshops.  As an added value for organizations who aren't quite ready for a large-scale on-site commitment, we offer open-registration workshops several times a year in the Chicago, Illinois area so that individuals can sample both what we teach and how we teach it..
